Payment

White Cloud Creations accepts Paypal because it is one of the safest and most secure methods for online payment used by millions of people world-wide and you don't even have to have an account to use it. We use PayPal for the following reasons:

you don't need a PayPal account to purchase from us;
your payment information is protected by PayPal;
your purchase is securely reviewed and completed on PayPal by you;
your financial information is not shared with us;
your purchase is confirmed with an email receipt direct to you from PayPal;

We do not accept checks or money orders.

We offer a layaway option, if you are interested please inquire.

Shipping

Your order ships within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. Jewelry is packaged in a gift box with cotton fill and wrapped with a ribbon. The box is then wrapped in bubble warp and snugly secured inside a padded envelope. Everything is carefully package to anticipate a safe arrival. You will recieve an email once your order has shipped.

Because all orders ship gift ready, your order can be shipped directly to a third party. To do so, please indicate that it is a gift during the check out process; and include the person's name, address and any personal message, we will neatly hand write it for you and include it in your gift. On the "Review your payment" page in PayPal, click the link below the description that says "Add special instructions to merchant" and enter your instructions there.

Please contact us regarding rush delivery rates before placing your order if so desired.

Where applicable, all shipping costs are approximated and include the actual cost of shipping plus a small amount to cover the cost of shipping supplies and materials.

U.S. orders ship via First-Class Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation free of charge for the first item to one address. Multiple items can be shipped in the same package for an additional charge of $1.00 per item.

International orders ship via First-Class International Mail with insurance and are hand addressed, so delivery confirmation is not available. International shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.00 USD for the he first item to one address. Multiple items can be shipped in the same package for an additional charge of $5.00 USD per item. We do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These are your responsibility if your country charges these types of fees. Please be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web. Every country varies.

Problems With Your Order

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or have not recieved your purchase in a timely manner, please contact us.

We do accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the return is within 30 days and the item is in its original condition, a full refund will be issued through PayPal within 15 business days after the return has been received. Note, we only refund for the price of the item; we do not refund the price of return shipping.

When returning your item, please include the original packing slip. If you no longer have it, include the order number, billing name and billing address on a separate piece of paper. The item being returned should be protected and securely packed to prevent damage in shipping.
